Primary site (www.mbse.eu):
To download and install from the Mercurial tarball use the following procedure: 
mbse@hobo:~$ tar xfvj mbsebbs-****.tar.bz2
mbse@hobo:~$ cd mbsebbs
mbse@hobo:~/mbsebbs$ make clean
mbse@hobo:~/mbsebbs$ ./configure
mbse@hobo:~/mbsebbs$ make
mbse@hobo:~/mbsebbs$ su
Password:
root@hobo:/opt/mbse/mbsebbs# make install
root@hobo:/opt/mbse/mbsebbs# exit
exit
mbse@hobo:~/mbsebbs$

Mercurial access.

You can access the Mercurial repository at fido.mbse.eu. You can also clone the repository with hg clone http://fido.mbse.ym/cgi-bin/hgwebdir.cgi/mbsebbs/.

Unlike other tools on this server, the conversion of mbsebbs from CVS to Mercurial didn't work and after a few days I gave up. This means that the Mercurial repository has no history of commits, but I left the old CVS repository available.
